Return and Exchange Policy:

If you are not happy with your Bungalow purchase, we will accept a return for a full product Refund or an Exchange for another Bungalow product.

  • You may Return or Exchange your purchase within 30 days of Delivery. All product must be in the condition you received. Please note that it takes us 7 to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. Upon receipt of your return, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive an e-mail from Bungalow confirming the amount once the refund has been completed.
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable. And Return / Exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. Bungalow will pay the Return Shipping Costs if the Return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
  • All Returns and Exchanges, regardless of reason, need a Return Authorization #. Please call Bungalow Customer Service at 877-435-7217 to explain and begin the Return or Exchange process - and receive an RA#. This RA# is necessary on your Return / Exchange - please include this RA# on the original packing list -make a copy for your self- when making a Return or Exchange. To return an item, please repackage, enclose the packing slip with RA # noted on packing slip and send it back to us.
  • Exchanges - you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item and you place another order for the item you wish to purchase.  You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
