Return and Exchange Policy:
If you are not happy with your Bungalow purchase, we will accept areturn for a full product Refund or an Exchange for another Bungalowproduct. - You may Return or Exchange your purchase within 30 days of Delivery. All product must be in the condition you received. Please note that it takes us 7 to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. Upon receipt of your return, we will initiate therefund process. You will receive an e-mail from Bungalowconfirming the amount once the refund has been completed.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable. AndReturn / Exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. Bungalow will pay the Return Shipping Costs if the Return is a resultof our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
- All Returns and Exchanges, regardless of reason, need a Return Authorization #. Please call Bungalow Customer Service at 866-740-5886 toexplain and begin the Return or Exchange process - and receive an RA#. This RA# is necessary on your Return / Exchange - please include thisRA# on the original packing list -make a copy for your self- whenmaking a Return or Exchange. To return an item, please repackage, enclose the packing slip with RA #noted on packing slip and send it back to us.
- Exchanges - you will be refunded your original purchase price once wereceive the item and you place another order for the item you wish topurchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the originalitem before placing the new order.
