Return and Exchange Policy:
If you are not happy with your Bungalow purchase, we will accept a return for a full product Refund or an Exchange for another Bungalow product.
- You may Return or Exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery. All products
must be in the condition they were received. Please note that it takes us 7 to 10
business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. Upon
receipt of your return, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive an e-mail
from Bungalow confirming the amount once the refund has been completed.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable, and Return/Exchange shipping costs are
your responsibility. Bungalow will pay the Return Shipping Costs if the Return is a
result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
- All Returns and Exchanges, regardless of reason, need a Return Authorization #.
Please call Bungalow Customer Service at 877-435-7217 to explain, begin the
Return or Exchange process and receive an RA#. This RA# is necessary for your
Return/Exchange. Please include this RA# on the original packing list when making
a Return or Exchange. Please keep a copy of the RA# for your own reference.
To return an item, please repackage, enclose the packing slip with RA #noted on
packing slip and send it back to us.
- Exchanges: You may either exchange your product for a different pattern or for a
different product. If you simply want a different pattern, we will send you the new
product once we receive the return. If you want a different product, you will need to
place a new order for the product. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue
you a refund or a coupon at that time.
- Defective Products: If your product is defective, we will replace it with the same
product as long as it is in stock. Replacements will be issued up to a year after
original purchase date.
- Personalized Products: If we made a mistake with your personalized order, we will
happily replace your item free of charge. If for some reason you do not like your
personalized item, we will not be able to refund you for that product.
