The shopping cart holds the products that you want to purchase. The shopping cart is easily accessible in the top right corner of your screen. It will show how many items are in your cart and your subtotal value.
Coupon Code: Enter a promo code or voucher in the box that says ‘Coupon or Gift Card’ and click ‘Update Cart’ to see the updated subtotal. Vouchers and promo codes cannot be combined, and you may only use one code/voucher per transaction.
Change Quantity: To do this, you may simply type in the correct quantity in the appropriate box in the shopping cart. Click ‘Update Cart’ to see the change.
Remove an Item: If you want to delete an item in your cart, click ‘Delete’ beside the item.
Proceed to checkout: When you are ready to checkout, click ‘Checkout Now’ to use our secure checkout.
If you have items in your cart and have not logged in yet,
Click ‘Checkout Now’ in your shopping cart. Sign in using your email address and password. This will log you in to your account and allow you to checkout by selecting your shipping method, entering your payment information and submitting your order.
If you have items in your cart and have logged in,
Click ‘Checkout now’. Select your shipping method , enter your payment information and submit your order.
New Customers:
If you have items in your cart and have not logged in yet,
Click ‘Checkout Now’. If you would like to create an account, click ‘Register & Checkout’, fill out the appropriate information and then proceed to checkout by selecting your shipping method and providing your payment information.
If you do not want to create an account, click ‘Skip Login & Checkout’. Fill out the requested billing and shipping information and then proceed to checkout by selecting your shipping method and providing your payment information.
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
No international credit cards will be accepted. The credit card must have a billing address in the United States.
For your security, the billing name and address must match the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criterion.
You should receive 2 automated emails regarding your order:
Order confirmation: This will confirm that your credit card has been charged and your order is being processed.
Shipping confirmation: This email confirms that your order has shipped and includes a tracking number so that you can track your package using the FedEx tracking service.
If there are any problems with your order, our Customer Service team will email and/or call you with any questions or updates.
After you have clicked ‘Submit Order’, your order begins to process automatically and it will be difficult to make changes to the order. You can call our Customer Service team at 877-435-7217. They will track the order in our warehouse to determine if it is able to be changed.
